Have you received a letter from the Enrolment Office with a PIN and don't know what it's for? No problem! With the PIN you can create your own HU account. This will give you a student e-mail address that you can use to receive important notifications about your studies.

For example, you can get in touch with your professors or receive course enrolment confirmations. HU & Charité students can create their own HU account on the website of our Computer and Media Service using a web form. Please note that the details must be identical to your enrolment details, including all first and last names.

All members of the university have access to Humboldt-Universit?t's Wi-Fi network, the so-called eduroam. You need an HU account to set up the network. You can find out how to set up the network on the Computer and Media Service website.

How to create a timetable with Agnes?

At Humboldt-Universit?t zu Berlin, you create your own timetable. To do this, use the study and examination regulations as well as the study plans for your subject. In AGNES you select modules and courses, enter them in your personal timetable and receive the final group allocation. You can find details on transferable modules, credit points or special cases for teachers directly in the AGNES help centre. If you have any questions, the orientation events and the student counselling service at your institute can help.

This video provides an overview of the functions in Agnes for creating a timetable as well as an excursus on the use of the respective underlying study regulations.
