Anyone who aspires to an academic career after their doctorate goes through the postdoc phase. This is the time in which academics gain further qualifications. The goals can be a habilitation, junior research group leadership or the tenure track procedure. We will tell you what the requirements are and what opportunities you have at Humboldt-Universit?t.

International cooperation and mobility

Postdocs can enrich their profile with international mobility in research and teaching. At Humboldt-Universit?t, for example, they can realise projects with strategic partners. With Erasmus+, postdocs can teach abroad for up to two weeks, attend a training programme or go on a group trip with their students. Digital teaching collaborations with COIL are very flexible.
