In the Open Access Scenario Analysis (OASA) project, current challenges in the financial and organizational structure are addressed through analysis, and recommendations are provided for further addressing the Open Access transformation in Germany. The goal of the OASA project is to analyze various financial development perspectives in the realm of Open Access and to assess their potential impacts. Through systematic examination based on scenarios, a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and risks of the further development of the Open Access transformation will be obtained. Through a variety of participatory formats, the development of recommendations, and transfer activities, operational actions at academic institutions and their libraries are supported.
