Event service

The staff of the Event Management Department plan, organise and implement central university events. They provide support for decentralised events and assist with finding and booking event venues on the Central Campus.

Organising events

Are you planning an event with or without cooperation partners and would like to know what you need to bear in mind? We will be happy to help you plan and organise your event. Humboldtians can find information on financing, authorisations, participation management, equipment and materials on the intranet.

Room allocation

Our premises are available to HU members for events free of charge. External users can also rent our rooms at reduced rates under certain conditions. We have compiled all the important information on the conditions and individual rooms for you.
