For events with external cooperation partners

In this case, please use the room booking form on the intranet.

Please note that your cooperation partners may have to pay a room hire fee. On the intranet, you will find further explanations on the topic of "Events organised by external cooperation partners" as well as the following information:

1. Room users with a cooperation agreement with the HU
2. External organisations with a funding purpose of the HU
3. External organisations (with/without cooperation agreement)

Students, including student council initiatives and initiatives recognised by the RefRat, should use the RefRat event form for room requests and send it fully completed to the following email address: oeffref?
