The workrooms and the "Place of Warmth" also invite visitors to linger without consuming - with options for warming up, charging mobile phones, a reading and play corner as well as tea and coffee in the Place of Warmth. For families with children, there are other offers such as the World Studio at BERLIN GLOBAL and the family trail in the ethnological collections. A simple proof of residence (identity card) at the ticket office in the foyer is sufficient for a free exhibition ticket.
Humboldt Forum opens exhibitions free of charge for those affected and those who help
The Humboldt Forum welcomes all Berliners affected by the power outage, as well as all volunteers and official helpers, to its collection presentations and exhibitions from Wednesday to Sunday, 7 to 11 January 2026.
