The academic holidays in the winter semester 2025/26 begin on 22 December 2025 and end on 3 January 2026. The HU main building is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
The Compass hotline for students and prospective students will not be available from 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. From 5 January 2026, it will be available again during regular office hours.

The University Publication Office will be closed from 24 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 . During this time, there will be no acceptance of deposit copies, no issuing of submission certificates and no advice (by e-mail or telephone).
