Recruiting Volunteers in Football Clubs: An Empirical Study. The Example of the Berliner Fu?ball Verband (Berlin Football Association)

The project examines the recruitment and maintenance of pro bono and voluntary engagement in Berlin-based soccer clubs. It revolves around two steps of empirical studies: a quantitative survey of soccer clubs, and a qualitative case study of selected soccer clubs.
