philia: relationships matter (03EGTBE066)

The project philia aims to develop a digital prevention application to promote social health. Social relationships are among the most important factors influencing mental and physical health, yet they are still largely neglected in healthcare services. The project seeks to close this gap by making evidence-based psychological methods accessible to a broad audience. To achieve this, validated techniques are combined and integrated into a certifiable app-based product.
