Joint Sino-German Project: The adaptive finite element method for the fourth order problem

This project aims to establish and foster mathematical research collaborations between Germany-based researchers at the HU of Berlin and the University of Siegen and China-based researchers at the Xiangtan University (XTU) and the Peking University (PKU) on fourth order elliptic boundary value problems and their effective numerical treatment.
