Description
Bazaars, markets and wholesale centers represent significant social spaces for people with various ethnic, national and social background. Based on ethnographic fieldwork in markets in Berlin, Warszawa, Prague and Hanoi the research project explores the potential of markets as public space where multiple forms of sociality are performed.
