ColoNET: A Systems Biology Approach for Integrating Molecular Diagnostics and Targeted Therapy in Colorectal Cancer

The goal of the overall project is to develop an in-silico network of all genetic and epigenetic species and processes involved in the development, manifestation, diagnosis and medication of colorectal cancer. Our subproject develops software to enrich and validate such networks based on knowledge extracted automatically from full text articles.
