Project description

The research project focusses on museums, scientific and artistic exhibition spaces from an ethnographic and everyday cultural point of view. How do curatorial practices draft and model possible futures? How do they reject them? Intervening future-making, in the sense of doing future, is comprised of pre-emptive practices which implement the future in the present as well as modes of drafting and rejecting or counter-narratives that contemplate different concepts of the future in exhibitions which have an intervening potential.
